Back in 2010, Frasier star Kelsey Grammer spent an entire summer hunting around NYC for a flashy apartment before finally settling on Jean Nouvel's Vision Machine. Now, the fickle TV vet and his fourth wife are allegedly relocating back to the West Coast, but not to Grammer's old, very private mansion in the Holmby Hills. That one has recently been listed on the open market?but with limited photography?for an eye-popping $18M. If it sells for close to that price, the walled and gated estate, with seven bedrooms and nine baths spread over 10,600 square feet, will be enough to cover the purchase of both the glassy NYC spread ($6.5M) and a recently-acquired L.A. home, for which Grammer paid another $6.5M.
