Reports to: Director, Marketing
The position is responsible for being the go-to-person for analytics, data selection and analysis encompassing the entire marketing function.? Responsibilities include analysis of segmentation, target market, campaigns, industry, dashboards, competitive positioning and tracking and reporting of each.
This role is responsible for understanding of data management and structure, use of campaign selection tool, industry and competitive analysis, campaign ROI, and sales results.
The successful job holder will be self-motivated, and inquisitive.? The position requires strong capacity to juggle multiple priorities within a fast-paced environment and a commitment to excellence.

Performance Responsibilities:

??? ?Develop deep understanding, skill and capability related to Silversea?s data warehouse and data structure
??? ?Develop deep understanding, skill and capability related to Silversea?s CRM system (Silver Marketing)
??? ?Execute all data analysis and reporting requested by marketing managers, directors, and executives
??? ?Conduct and analyze all campaign results including online/offline
??? ?Conduct marketing segmentation analysis and build segmentation queries
??? ?Develop and report monthly marketing metrics dashboard and tracking
??? ?Develop and report monthly competitive, industry and economic data
??? ?Support ongoing tactical response analysis to competitors or portfolio performance
??? ?Develop sales and revenue reporting structure that relates to marketing team from other corporate reports
??? ?Be aware of, and comply with, all corporate policies
??? ?Integrate third party and vendor reports into integrated analysis
SKILLS:
??? ?Excellent analytical mindset ? able to take complex data and turn it into actionable recommendations
??? ?Skills working with numbers and has ability to slice data on multiple dimensions
??? ?Expert Excel and PowerPoint skills
??? ?Quick understanding of data management systems
??? ?Ability to work under pressure and set, meet and/or exceed deadlines established with others
??? ?Quality focused with ability and passion for identifying improvements to existing processes

Education/Experience:
?
??? ?Bchelor's degree Marketing, Finance or Economics
??? ?Minimum of 3+ years? relevant experience in professional business environment, preferably in a marketing environment.
??? ?Prior experience in marketing analytics for luxury goods/services, leisure/hospitality preferred
